Today smoking cigarettes is major issue in India, among the youth of our country there is a growing trend of smoking cigarettes. Some of them smoke for fashion, some of them smoke to reduce the tension, some smoke for fun and the stunning fact is they are aware about the effects of smoking cigarettes.Govenment of India is taking some action against the smoking and has banned smoking cigarettes in public areas like hospitals, platforms, colleges, schools etc.so the effect of it is more harmful for human body.

Smoking cigarettes damages your body and bodybuilding goals. Cigarette smoke contains more then 4,000 chemical compounds. The most well known of these compounds is nicotine, which, despite some reported positive effects such as elevation of mood, is much more harmful than helpful. Nicotine increases the risk of heart disease and stroke, and has only a negative effect on growth. Nicotine and other well known agents in cigarette smoke are known to cause many other diseases and cancers. Lung cancer, gum cancer, and lip cancer are some examples.

After smoking tobacco, effects experienced by peoples are initial stimulation, then reduction in brain and nervous system activity, enhanced alertness and concentration, mild euphoria,feelings of relaxation,increased blood pressure and heart rate,decreased blood flow to body extremities like the fingers and toes,dizziness, nausea, watery eyes and acid in the stomach; and Decreased appetite, taste and smell.

Passive smoking can cause a number of health problems including heart disease, lung cancer and irritation of the eyes and nose. It involves breathing in tobacco smoke from other people's cigarettes: smoke that has been exhaled or smoke from the end of a lit cigarette.

Benefit of quitting smoking will also save the money, another important one of the benefits of quitting smoking is that carbon monoxide (CO) level in your blood will minimize and there will be considerable increment of oxygen level. Your heartbeat will be normal and lungs become clearer. Exercise is the best way to handle the problem.
