Employers Preferences for filing H1B
  • Candidates with minimum 3+ years experience (Most of them prefer 4+ years)
  • Candidates with previous US visa stamped (any VISA)
  • Candidate who worked for US based projects in multi national companies
  • Candidates with Master degree
  • Candidates with very good communication skills
  • Candidates who are having very good attitude and give 100% assurance to join them
  • Candidates with specialized skills and experience (Eg: SAP, Data warehousing, DBA's, Unix Admins, Java, Dot Net etc..)
