STAGE ONE:(must needs)

1)Adequate food to all

2)Home with toilet facility to each family.

3)Basic education atleast upto 8th standard.

4)Health

5)Social security invariable of caste and religion.

These facilities must be arranged by government at free of cost or with minimum payment. Food can be provided just like implemented in Tamil nadu AMMA UNAVAGAM which gives subsidy meals at very low cost. Then Home to each family should be fulfilled by themselves by paying amount to them directly in parts as per progress of work so that the quality they wish can get and the amount losing by intermediate persons can be avoided also every political party ready to do for their supporters only then all the public unable to get their needs. Then minimum education can be fulfilled by govt schools as well as NGOs whom getting huge payments even from other countries. Similarly for health primary public centers can be utilized along with NGOs and frequent health camps in each villages. Then finally every one should feel socially secured in their places without any caste or religion issues.
