Arambol Village: this is a quiet, small fishing village, located about 50km north of Panaji. Nearby the village are two small, relatively unexplored beaches. Scenic beauty of this village is impeccable and very appealing to eyes & senses.
Chapora Village: About 10km from Mapusa, this village boasts a very serene and scenic atmosphere. It is among the least visited villages, due to the lack of good transportation facility. But when you’re there, it will surely leave you enchanted with its quant charm and firsthand experience of rural life.
Betim Village: this village is accessed after a ferry ride across the Mandovi River. Betim is popular for fishing and boat manufacturing.
Aldona Village: it has become quite a tourist attraction now, thanks to its scenic beauty and quiet & peaceful atmosphere. For the visitors, there is an array of accommodations to suit any budget. The Manthan, a heritage gallery converted from an Old Portuguese home, is the major tourist attraction here. Benaulim is located about 2km south of Colva.
