One Strength

My looks are my strength, my confidence is my strength, my attitude is my strength, my family is my strength, my wife is my strength……. U might be thinking that why I am stating all these avowal… am I trying to tell you my strength…. No not at all…. But all above are few of the answers which you can get from people when asked of their strong point.

In one of my previous blog I stated that I am Earth. But then the thought walloped me that am I that strong like that our Earth Is? I was trying to fathom that what energy should I have to be earth. The looks…. confidence… attitude...Family...Boss...girlfriend … wife … as these all declared strength is what I don’t have in myself….. These all are acquired... Temporary… superficial…. force…..Having a locale effect on me as well as others

You know I have dealt and talked to lot many leadership team people from different organization while making my sales lead & opportunities and I have found that most of the leaders have One Strength. One Strength which is owned by them… not environmental… not temporary …not prejudiced by others ….. And they play on that Single One.. Most of the time. Again as I said in one of my blog individuality is my identity … ….Most common strength which you will see in leaders you know in person to which most of you will agree is there “Remembrance” . You will often say to yourself meeting these leader people that wow he remembers all ….!!! He knew what happened 2 years back… great he remembered that all incidents without letting me make a reference even.

So it’s very important for all of us to find that 1 STRENGTH …. In ours elf which is ours .. which we have possession of. Rather than making new year resolution of doing that … doing this … blah blah … I would recommend that lets recognize our one strength .. that makes us real inimitable and genuine sturdy.

Hmm and a add on that .. don’t tell your strength to all in words .. let others experience that .. and let them know themselves … what the gentleman you are… or what a business woman you are … what a leader you are .. or what a team member you are … last but not the least .. what a family man or woman you are. So start discovering yourself and play all the games of life with the one strength we have …making all other new generating strength the sub set of this foremost. Rome was not built in day …so we have to start it all new and this start will not end till the last breath. The search will be a search of a traveler…on the journey of discovering himself.

You know what I always move to that introspection and feel so light when I discover something or the other about myself. It eases the burden and answer the question which stuck my mind every now and then pertaining to the very reason of we being born as human
