Bikash Pradhan's Story

Job Profile:
I am a technical guy. I am an IT Manager. I have to maintain network,website,systems. I also recommend on new technologies, troubleshoot systems both on physical and application level.Ensure information security at different levels and keep on upgrading the systems.
Working Life Management:
I work on routine basis but sometimes some extra effort has to be made and more amount of time has to be spent in office. I personally believe that work is at office only and during office hours only. Only on rare circumstances work gets more weight age on degree of its importance .
Prized Accomplishment(s):
In the due course of time I have made myself independent and capable to make a living whether being employed or not.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
When I joined for the first time, I felt completely out of space. Every individual professional had their own job to do. Had a tough time to get along but with time everything seem to fall in place. Now things seem different and the working environment seems to be interesting and keep myself engaged
Advice For New Professionals:
I would like them to be good with their basics first.You will find irrelevance in what you learn in your undergraduate or postgraduate in professional field, hence need to be more practical and realistic and try to use ones intellectual abilities.
