Clean Administration

Court has finally stayed the transfer order of Mr. Ujjal Choudhury who was honestly and seriously investigating the Koda scam involving about 4000 crore rupees and now at least the IT officers who signed the said transfer order and the officers who advocated transfer of the said officer with clear cut ill motive of putting stop on the process of exposure of senior officers and politicians should feel guilty and beg excuse from the common men who are crying, weeping and ending their life in want of honest administration. PM Manmohan Singh should also feel sorry that he could not give clean administration which court are trying to establish .Even President of India thought it wise to remain silent spectator or corrupt practices and ill motivated transfer order issued by IT department.

Every Indian should condemn arbitrary transfer and whimsical promotion which kills the enthusiasm of true workers and produces frustration and depression in them. Transfer of person like Mr. Ujjal is not new in government offices, banks and other important offices. Usually whoever goes against the system is sidelined; whoever protests corrupt practices is punished and denied rightful promotion. Corrupt officers are kept in one office for decades and honest officers like Ujjal Choudhury is transferred in eight months.

It is bitter truth that even the best plans and best policies framed by India government do not produce the desired result only due to corrupt practices prevailing in the entire system where meritorious persons are humiliated and corrupt persons are given one after other promotions and cream posting on every transfer. On the other hand person like Ujjal Choudhury are transferred even in eight months and the advocate of corrupt government pleads before the court that the transfer of Ujjal was a routine transfer. Manish Tiwari of Congress Party may be convinced by such logic given for transfer of Ujjal Choudhury but true honest and educated Indian cannot accept it.
