Dietary tips for warding off many diseases:
1) Start your day with a glass of water followed by a platter of fruits.
2) A strict no to morning tea on empty stomach.
3) No liquids like water, lassi, milk etc with all the meals. One or two sips are ok. Give an hour's gap between food and water etc.
4) Do 20 kapal bhati pranayam before every meals
5) Have three servings of fruits and six servings of vegetables including salads every day.
6) Do not have curd at night.

A 'spicy' remedy for acidity!!!

 Dry roast jeera( cummin seeds) and dhania seeds             (corriander seeds) .Mix them together and grind into a fine powder. Take 1 tsf of this powder and dissolve in a glass of water. Add few lemon drops and some sugar and stir before drinking. Take twice a day to see acidity go. Avoid fatty and spicy food and tea ( if possible).Do not drink water with meal- Give one hour's gap.
