The Question arrised What does Dwarpal mean ?

Dwarpal mean a Govt. Lokpal and it will be in front of Government and General Public  but being a Minister you have all rights to do Corruption, to do Scams for Millions to Billions rupees, You can sale forest,river,sky even Air also becoz there is nobody who can stop you and check you for that.

You are a Political Party, Leader or Minister, you  have all rights and power to run Police and CB CID and even CBI. so how can these agencies can work Independently when a corrupt Minister or Politicians are guiding and controlling these Investigating Agencies.

Even the Lokpal committee has been elected by these Politicians and Ministers only. it means the general public has no rights to work against Government even the public can not go for agitation aginst Goverment.

Now you decide wheather it is Lokpal or Dwarpal.

It is India where our Ministers Eats dry Fruits, Sweets,Biscuits and Fruits in meeting call to finish Anna Hazare Ansan ( Hunger Strike ).

Anna Hazare ji 75 years  old Man and Gandhiwadi Social Worker fighting against Corruption and asking for Strong Janlokpal Bill  to control Corruption in India.
