I have gathered some good questions and answers my own which might help you when you are interviewing in IT industry or anywhere else.

1. Has the past year been good/bad/satisfactory for you, and why?

I have learnt many new things in this company and also got chance to setup the new network environment at Bangalore site, so I think the past year was good for me.

2. Mention the most important achievements of the past year?

I have achieved an appreciation latter for my hard work (with the team) and support.

3. What do you like and dislike about working for Fortune InfoTech Ltd, Baroda Unit?

I like the atmosphere and the employees in this company, they are very energetic and enthusiastic, and the only dislike of this company about the canteen, in the night shift the food is not appreciable.

4. What are the most difficult elements of your job during your shift?

The most difficult element in the shift is to manage the firewall and web security.

5. What elements of your job interested you the most and least?

The most interesting part of my job is to work under presser and less time, giving guidance to others and the least thing is that others take credit for the work which I have done.

6. What do you consider to be your most important aims and tasks in the next year towards working with Fortune InfoTech Ltd?

The most important aim for me is to gain more knowledge about IT and try to overcome my mistakes.

7. What action could be taken to improve your performance in your current position by you and your Immediate Reporting Manager?

For my improvement I would like to have training sessions for network infrastructure and security by my Reposting Manager.

8. What kind of work or job would you like to be doing in one/two/five years time with Fortune InfoTech?

I would like to be working as a Sr. System & Network Administrator, with more responsibility.

9. What sort of training/experiences would benefit you in the next year? Not just job-skills-also your natural strengths and personal passions you’d like to develop-you and your work can benefit from these?

The training of security applications and devices will help me next year and also would like to have projects from which I can develop myself by getting updated day by day.

10. If you are given the chance to set your own key Result area & key performance area, what will be Five Best KRA/KPA you would like to be assessed?

The key result area:

a) Giving the basic knowledge of Computers to the employees.

b) Making and managing day to day workflow.

c) Maintaining the documentation for the IT assets.

d) Update the individuals about new threats for the computers.

e) Updating systems and applications as and when required.

The key performance area:

a) Guide individuals when they make mistakes.

b) Conduct training sessions for there skill improvement.

c) Conduct extra activities to make the employees stress free.
