AIMS declares dates for management admissions test (MAT), programs

To address Pune students for AIMS test for management admissions (ATMA), Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).

Chairman of ATMA group, Apoorva Palkar, announced the new initiatives of AIMS for the current year. She said, “For the postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) admissions, which is among the five national-level entrance tests approved by the government, ATMA will be held on February 12 in 32 cities across the country.”

Palkar declared that out of the 600-odd members of AIMS, 111 B-schools will be definitely doing the ATMA the front test procedure. “ATMA, designed after graduate management admission test (GMAT), is thoroughly arranged to easily estimate appreciation, spoken reasons, precise reasons and examining skills,” she said.

Talking about the new projects of AIMS, Palkar said that the connections is in the procedure of creating a Nationwide School of Management and tackle qualification of B-schools, topic to new policy changes that will be declared by the authorities.

The Paper Based Test (PBT) for ATMA is planned to be presented on March 12 and for those who pass up the PBT, one can go for internet centered analyze, which will be presented on May 29, May 24, September 29 and May 19 this year.

The fee selection centres in Pune for ATMA are Indira International Enterprise University, Indira School of Business Studies, MERC Institute of Management, MITCON Company of Management, Vishwakarma International Enterprise University, Matrix Enterprise University and Suryadutta Company of Management and Huge Interaction.

ATMA is among the five national-level entrance exams recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for admission to postgraduate programmes at various B-schools inIndia. The other tests are common admission test (CAT), management aptitude test (MAT), Xavier admission test (XAT) and common management admissions test (CMAT).
