Make Office Package Make Easy to Use : Common Keyboard Shortcuts

Student of MBA

Hello friends today I am sharing few important keyboard shortcuts. Commonly in computers we use two devices for entering the input (input devices): Keyboard & Mouse(in laptop mouse is replaced by touch pad). A very common style of working in computers is using mouse by right hand & keyboard by left & right both hands.

Tricks: -

1. Friends there is a trick for increasing the speed, use your left hand for pressing the shortcuts like- Undo (CTRL+Z), Cut (CTRL+X), copy (CTRL+C), Paste (CTRL+V), Save (Ctrl +S).

2. Have you seen the sequence ZXCV, these are the keys (buttons),this is the second last row of your keyboard.

3. You can easily press these shortcuts by your left thumb (on CTRL key) & index figure (for other alphabets; Z,X etc)

4. To give quick space of .5 inches between words use TAB key.

5. Use left hand for shortcuts & right hand for mouse.
