Ing-Vysya bank branch is functioning in the college campus along iwht the ATM facility. The branch is listed as Ing-Vysya, R V College of Engineering-RVCE branch. Bank branch is fully computerized and air-conditioned. It serves to the need of staff and 4000 students. The bank handles of all the transaction of the college. It also provides EC facility for parents and students to pay fees, hostel charges, mess bill, University fees etc.

There are three mess facilities are available on campus, one for first year and the other two for seniors. These serve exclusive Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian foods to inhabitants. The hostelites are provided gymnasium, sports and browsing facilities.

R V College of Engineering-RVCE is encouraging the sports activities amongst the students by providing the free ship, infrastructure, fee concession, coaching facilities, attendance concession as per the University provisions, and priority in admissions similar to State Government policy at the management level.

The College Cricket, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis and Chess teams have won many trophies, champion ships of Bangalore University, including All India.

The College Library has a Central Library and 12 departmental libraries, which collectively support the research and extension programs, teaching of the Institute.

The Library has a great collection of books on engineering, science and humanities offers library services through its various Divisions.

Placement and Future Prospects :

The Placement and Training Department of RVCE was started as a separate entity in the year 1997. The Department started its activities in a humble way in a one small room, to serve to the needs of providing high quality placement services to its students.

The Department presently coordinates with more than 100- 120 leading organizations, which recruits budding engineers to different positions in their respective organizations.

The graduates and postgraduates of RVCE have been recruited by some of the top MNCs, besides leading Indian companies.

Placement cell of RVCE has surrounded over 739 Sq. mts floor area. The placement cell consisting of 1 Seminar Hall of 70 seating capacity with audio video facilities, Placement officer’s room, pantry room, staff room, reception area, Library, 6 interview rooms, 2 Group Discussion Rooms.

The placement department & training is fully networked with LAN networking configuration houses computers and peripherals for routine office work.
