From the moment I walked in the door on Monday morning, everyone here at ARSS has been so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’m used to working outdoors and not in offices, but it’s turned out to be really interesting and fun.

The best thing about my time so far has been working with, and helping out, so many different departments. I’ve spent time with the Finance team, HR Team, corporate team and the Tender team, and done different things for all of them. My tasks have included, checking all over Insurance of motors vehicles and assets. Renewing insurance, new insurance and important work was settlement of claim.

My work was new for me, I was afraid having take new responsibility from my immediate boss (DF), but I thought to do my work very strongly, I will learn about the job profile, I will try my best for play my role successfully, and I started playing my role, on that time there was no one who could help me. With in a week the part of my job was just doubled. I was trying to complete that with too much tension.

On that time our MD called me with claim settlement list... that was very big. He told me “you have to come daily for give me report” J

I discussed with my some colleagues about our MD’s nature, every body told me “ab to tu gaya” he is veryyy…. J ..

Hmm... On the 21^st day from my joining I settled first claim of my life…J, I was so happy… reported to MD very happily, he appreciated to me. That was first day when I got confidant with my job responsibility.

And now I have settled more then 65 claim in a year... J , I want to look forward with our company.

Thanks a lot to Chairman, who gave me chance to be a part of ARSS, very thanks to MD and CEO who always help me for do my work properly. Thanks to DF sir who always motivate me and give me good suggestion. Also thanks to all of my colleagues, with whom I spend my time in ARSS.
