Music and Health

 Music can be a good try for getting relief from many stress related disorders and problems. Now a days availability of high quality music systems  makes this  simple treatment  attractive.

 Music or sound coordinated in a rhythmic manner , is known to appeal to our inner feelings so powerfully that it can effect healing in our body. Listening to favorite tunes and melodies  brings  feelings of happiness, can  improve stressed state of the brain .

 Music whether vocal or instrumental gives emotional enjoyment. Turning on  music which appeals us are found to have good relaxation effect on our mind as well as our body.

 Natural sounds around us like   sounds of ocean,  breeze,  rain ,  train ,  forest etc., also put good effect on our body and mind. These soothing and rhythmic sounds are used in sound therapy to reduce tensions and worries.

 Surveys on the effect of music on health reveal; music is  beneficial in stress related disorders and problems  like lack of good sleep,  anxiety and  high blood pressure, hyper tension, digestive problems .

 Combination of different sounds and music sequencing in a order that puts maximum effect on ones body can be experimented and can be listened for few minutes or few hours to get good effect.
