Fast growth in agriculture, shelter, energy

Periodic recession and the conditions generated makes us think in a different way about our economics. Finance terms like ‘savings”, “investment”, project future very difficult for all. This can make society unhealthy due to feeling of non secure future and violent competition giving scope to corruption and other social evils. Saving, investment is for small section of population. We can not tell all people for saving. We need planning for permanent development for future generation. Making a system structure where all people can get basic essential thing like food and shelter free with little effort .

The lean period 1930, 1970, 2009 made way for electronic and plastic products more and subsequently personal computers and its use. Products which are for larger mass and cheap, have always been in demand and the industries producing these. Designers focus on developing products and services for specific section/ customers for good income on their investments. More designs are needed such that larger section can afford for the products and enjoy the product.

Shelter is very costly. Local construction techniques and materials to build affordable permanent structure are to be explored and brought to the people.

Collection and storage devices for solar/wind energy needs more research. This will make energy cheaply available at any place.

Agricultural equipments due to big size and cost restricts its use to few only. New designs which replaces big machines by small will make advance method of cultivation possible for many. Even industries for farming crops can be thought of. People can be employed in these. These farming industries will use advanced methods and can increase productivity .

Current availability of technologies show use of solar/wind power to achieve simple designs which can be used at any place. Small ‘ one man portable’ drilling machines for drilling water wells seen in the market. Small vehicles (two wheelers/ three wheelers) rechargeable with electric power has started appearing in the market. These can be thought for transportation and various agricultural use in place of heavy vehicles and machinery.

Micro and macro industries can both be developed with proper weightage and farming crop industries can be introduced. People will get choice for working in both micro/macro industries.
