As per him, the college X searches out speech fluent persons from another colleges Y & Z. They are asked to speak best possible goods about the college X in form of a discussion among the crowd say trains, buses, ceremonies etc. such that people gets concentrated towards their talk. Surprisingly, this tricks very efficiently say about 85-90%. People are all influenced with their discussion about a college X. This is basically targeted for High school students who are about to step in college life. The group included one representative from college X too may be to have a watch on them.
The talking attitude of these persons are hard enough to be detected as an advertisement program. There were 23 frequent admissions to college X after my friend's 3 speech programs in a train, and 2 public gathering on a function.
For this my friend was also paid a handsome amount. but the motive for selecting college Y & Z students was still not clear to him though it was possible with college X students itself.
