Education system in India
I wanted to know why this is being practice in India that only if you have completed your graduation and master degree from Top B school like IIM and like wise or IIT ,you could get certain position in Professional field.And rest of the student why didnt get that much of opportunity even they have the same talent and same Idea.and if we really consider those IIM and IIT professional then why these people brain drain themselves and serving the other nation.??
And why company have the policy that if you dont have experience then you are not eigible for the interview and just imagine if you came out of a graduate college how it is possible to have the experiance and that to be relevent.
Without experiance no job without job no experience.
