Are you sure your mails are deleted ?

Are you sure that the mails you deleted from your Outlook or Outlook Web Access are deleted properly.

Basically we are not concerned about that. We should see from where we could delete our mail or traces.

1. Delete mails from Inbox, Sent items and Junk E-mails (Normally we all do that).
2. Delete those mails from Deleted items as well (Many of us do this as well).
3. Now go to Outlook Web Access, and go to Options tab. From there navigate to Deleted items (extreme left pane), and on the right pane select those mails and delete them permanently.

Though an Exchange Server Administrator can recover those mails, but then too we should not keep the traces on our own a/c (i.e. in our profile on the server). Let him do some hard work..
