However Microsoft says that, Office 2010 is a special designed office suit for advanced users and more user friendly than any prior versions. Somehow, I disagree to it. I have myself used Office 2010 Beta upon Windows 7 OS. My hardware config is 2GB ram, core2duo processor, 1.40GHz, & x86 based HP Laptop. It was fine when using the suit, but got unexpectedly slow as soon as I switched another 2 apps. Going through network monitor and resource monitor I found this suit consuming most of the resource as well as CPU usage.

OK coming to interface overview, I found Office 2010 Beta suit as not user familiar. The reason being, it has been designed in a very complex manner. More of the frequent features are not highlighted. As send/receive tab is placed at extreme top left, though a individual Tab is designed for the same, but I’m talking about the hot key tabs. Then there is no Tools option, bla bla bla…. So, Beta release is not so fruitfull for regular users according to me.

Well, definitely it’s my review, may be varry from other’s openion. But still Microsoft has to do a lot of work upon this very suit before the official release.
