Diet to follow during teenage

Say no to crash diet – If, you are following a crash diet then you should stop it today since, crash diet has many bad effects such as sudden weight gain, constipation, abdominal pain, gallstones and the teenage obesity a serious consequence of following crash diet for long term.
Never skip breakfast – You should never skip your breakfast at all since; empty stomach begins secreting acids, which may harm the lining of the intestine. Your body will feel low at energy so, always have a heavy breakfast before going to school.
Small lunch – In afternoon you should have a small lunch, never eat heavy foods as they make you feel sleepy and lazy. At the same time, after lunch you should stroll for while to enhance your digestion.
Have a light dinner- You dinner should be always light. It should not high in calories and most importantly after having dinner do not go direct to your bed have some light exercises or a small walk. You should have your dinner at least four hours before going to your bed.
Vitamins and minerals – Your diet should contain right amount of vitamins and minerals. Therefore, including dairy products, milk, eggs, fruits, veggies and salads are must in your diet.
Limit junk and fast foods – It is very important to lessen the consumption of junk and fast foods. It is because, such kind of foods are loaded with fats that enhances the level of calorie intake. You have to control your temptation since, if you are serious about maintaining good figure you have to turn away such foods. Instead of fast and junk foods, you should add more and more fresh fruits and vegetables.
