Have you ever wondered why this card was introduced/

I wonder how many of you own this card?

My relationship with Amex started in 2007 when I applied for the American Express Blue Credit Card. i used the card at various outlets and was very happy with the gifts I received. It was a great card.

My company sent me to America and I used it a lot, why you ask? Well I knew for a fact that Amex is
#1 accepted in the US
#2 None of the merchants dared to reject the card
#3 I spent many times my income (I was going to be refunded by the company anyway)
#4 There is buyer protection and online fraud protection.
#5 The points accumulated can be changed to KrisFlyer points and also could be used to get great products not available on other banks credit card point systems
#6 and so many other point

Not long after I received and invitation to upgrade to Amex Platinum Credit Card. Wow! The perks alone makes the SGD300 a year worth it. It comes with aSGD388 value Feed@Raffles card, which entitles me to 50% discount at the Raffles Group of Hotel restaurants, bars and eateries.

So for the next three months or so I spent a lot at Prego, great Italian food, great salads, and sumptious seafood.

And within four months I was given a free upgrade to Amex Platinum Reserve Credit Card. Wow! That was wonderful!

The perks and points system and better than all the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionBay combined.
