The 132 graduates were provided with opportunities to consider and evaluate business problems and policy issues as part of their 2 year course and had to balance between rigorous theory and live projects to be able to successfully receive their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

Gracing the occasion as Chief Guest, Padma Vibhushan Sri Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman of the Indian Planning Commission addressed the gathering while Dr. D Ramanaidu, President, Vignana Jyothi presided the convocation ceremony. Also present on the occasion were (few names of prominent people with their designations) as well as parents and well wishers of the graduates.

This year the institute has also embarked on offering a unique course - PGDM in Business Economics which is a one of it’s kind course in the country. A unique and perfect blend of Business Management and Economics in line with the requirements of the industry, this course is aimed at producing managers capable of taking business decisions aptly with the knowledge of economics background.
