IT has changed after Recession....A fresher Perspective..

I just want to explain things according to freshers perspective in IT after recession.

Earlier days when IT is at whole boom , IT engineeer whether he is a Fresher or Experienced was something to be thing of Attitude and proud, but now only Experienced one are happy and prosperous.
After Recession is over , various companies have started giving calls to their campus recruited students but with less packages, more variables and other that will not be in favor of joiners.

some companies are paying a sum as less as 3-5 k per months (in the name of stipend during trainings ..)....some of my frnds are working in it ..so u can think how they feel being an IT engineer who is not paid enough.and the thing is that the BPO guys who didn't stand in front of IT professions are now walking with proud as there pays hadn't been decreased so drastically. The thing is that an IT engineers who dont want to go to BPO side earlier are now moving to BPO side as they thought what IT is paying them.Persons who are working at such a low stipends and pays hadn't told there friends and relatives that they are earning instead they have told that they are just getting training from the company.

Most of the persons who are freshers are repenting why they have become IT engineers , they should have done something else.persons who are jobless had at least started trying for higher studies or other options instead of criticizing IT.

so my suggestion to all IT companies is that if u cant afford so many , take less intake and atleast pay, if not handsome but smthng the persons should not be ashamed off.A sum of 3-5 k is not meant for an IT persons.

PS: These are my personal views , if anybody is hurted i apologize for them in advance , but only a person who is watching all these things can describe that all.And i m not criticizing all IT companies as some of them still knows the values of IT engineers , instead i m talking about a handful of companies who are making IT profession a bad dream.
