IT Trainings a Smart way to earn extra income
Dear IT Geeks,
Welcome to IT Trainings post.
I wold like to write a blog on IT trainings,as I explore this area for almost 4 years.
Initially I started as a hobby and now it became a profession for me.
Gradually I acquire the skill set require and deliver almost more than 56+ trainings so far in corporates and trained more than 100+ professionals individually.
Most of the times, when I interact with my individual trainees, they always refer a professional who is looking for training in other skill set where I am not expertise.
So I thought of creating a platform to bring all the trainers and trainees to share their expertise and that's why the blog is here.
When It comes to Corporate Trainings, most of the companies now a days in India opt Freelance Trainers(Every company will give their own reason to hire a freelance trainers)
As Recession hits most of the professionals globally, now all are assessing their own skill set and where ever they lack they are looking for a trainer who can train them industry ready course wear practically.
So as a Trainer, you have your own choice to be a corporate trainer or individual trainer.Personally I prefer both to explore new contacts in the same technology as well as its a better opportunity to know about the company where trainee is working for.
In nutshell, I would like to list out the skill set required for a trainer.
1.Very good Communication skills
2.Excellent Presentation skills
3.Proactive interaction with the trainees during the sessions
4.Thorough knowledge in the subject
5.Ready to learn and practice new skills
6.One should have marketing skills as a brand to get the constant business
