Competence and Competition
Competence means to be able to do something better and perfect which we prefer or assigned to us, while Competition is the perfect application of that ability in such a creative manner. To enter into competition requires competence like own ability to cater any worst thing, without like to reserve our policy of progress which can't ago ahead.
Take such simple example if anyone get admission in IIM/IIT and think what i should do if i feel inferior & how to come out of complex ? To get selected in this Top Institutes requires teriffic competition where we don't know the level of that and what kind of tuff situations will arrive to our side. Here to enter in great institutions requires genius and intelligence & it is very difficult to survive without to enter into competition. Like in corporate level unless a person is well qualified & competent sufficiently he/she should never be of importance.
If we are incompetent to face any strong competition then first we have to be competent enough to develop own self efforts & skills to apply techniques & strategies with wisdom to make in use. Competence requires own self development & confidence level to stand up without any help like we get help by charity it means we are dependent & destroying ownself as lazy incapable because we don't want to be destroyed. we should receive the rewards & thanks upto level of what we deserved.
Competence requires authority and dispassion which don't prefer any influential temptations of the whole scenario. As we know without wisdom starting indulgence the competition & we ownself become unhealthy. We know what self actualized person who are more healthier competent enough & potentially develop ownself. In current scenario youth is not unemployed but unemployable who are worthy don't prefer to depend on somebody to give them a job.
Like true purpose of ones existence should be to raise the stand of life and not the standard of living. We have to be more competent & expand our knowledge and skills to live a well settled life where there is healthy competition to cater it easily survive better.
