Jennifer Isaac's success story
Hello to all who are worried about the recession period.
Well friends, this phase will go very soon, we can say this if we have a positive attitude, so keep growing positively.
Well to talk about my experience in getting the very first job is great! - becos my motive was to get a job in a good organisation. Before I get my first job I gave 3 interviews two in a shipping company and one in NABARD, but all I gave when I didnt' even complete my graduation. After I finished my graduation I applied in almost many banks. I got a call from Centurion Bank was called for interview. I went there and the Branch Manager asked me Jennifer do u know how did u open an account and what documents did u give them, I gave him my answer, he said I can appoint you as a Tele-Marketing Executive, u need to make atleast 100 calls in one day and generate leads and get business, we will see your performance for one week and then will confirm whether you will work here or not. I gave my very best and continued with this organisation for almost 3 1/2 years. Then Later on for better prospects I moved to ICICI Bank, here I was almost there for 2 years and then moved to RTEngines Software Pvt Ltd. as an HR Manager and joined NIM to do an E-MBA (HR).
I learned through my experience and with the help of my MBA books and CITEHR I am getting well versed with my knowledge in Human Resource. NIM's book details are very useful for your day to day activities in Human Resource Department.
I completed my MBA in Oct 2008 in 'A' Grade. This adds value to your resume. So dear friends, hardwork,and determination to complete MBA added my growth to build up in my career and life.
