Story behind Beauty of Dimples
So friends, Kurious KK is back with some more information. Hope you all enjoy reading this :).
I know we all love people with dimples coz they luk so cute and pretty. But what is the fact behind these beautiful dimples, we hardly know about it. So, the Kurious K was trying to find the reason.
Dimples are genetic not everyone has it. It’s genetic disorder which carries from our genes. If both the parents have dimples then 100% the child will have it too, but if only one parent has it then it depends on whose genes are stronger.
No doubt dimples make your face cute and attractive but it is a kind of birth defect and it shows that the “disorders” are not always bad. The muscle is shorter in length amongst those who have dimples on their face whereas the size of muscle is normal in the people who do not have. This is caused because of some disorder in the development of subcutaneous connective tissue. Dimples can be on the other parts of body but they are not of much importance as of the face is may be because they are easily visible on the face. And in face the common part for dimple is chin and cheeks. There are different types of dimples on our face - dimples on both the cheek but in some cases they have only one dimple on a cheek and no dimple on the other one. With this some people may have a dimple on their chin called cleft chin. Dimple on the chin is not hereditary. It occurs due to the incomplete intermingling of the both left and right halves of the lower jaw during embryological development.
Many at times if you ever noticed even a baby has dimple but gradually it disappears as they grow. For the simple reason their muscle grows with the age and comes to its normal size, due to which it vanishes. Dimples of face changes with the time as the muscles develop or loosens; or the fat in our cheek increases or decreases.
