All the corporates, all the business people, all the traders are doing the business as if there is no tomorrow. All the corporates are conducting their businesses in such a way that they are keeping deadlines to the employees to perform in rigid, difficult, miserable, frustrating conditions. One has to get up in the morning at about 5.00 am and prepare children to schools, cook and start running to the office in a hurry. Some people in USA who are my friends say that they start going to the office and in the train they brush their teeth, wash their face, if lucky they take bath in the office, go to some bakery on the way take some food and start eating it and start the work. One doesnt have the time to eat, sleep, brush the teeth, take bath, change the clothes, do any of the daily chores.

One is forced to join the mad rush. Otherwise you loose the job. Fearing for the job and consequent money earnings you have to fight and do the job better than the others. Leaves are pre designed and you cant take leave for one more day. If you happen to face any difficult situation or happy situation of your relative or neighbour you cant go. You cant be a civilian in true sense. "But they preach so much about the civic sense". What is this senseless and mindless practice.

All these corporates are earning money to increase the value of their share holders. The goal of any corporate is to maximise the earnings of their share holders. To reach this goal they are practically and liberally robbing the most valuable and cherished affections and civic sensual responsibilities and their most valuable time of paying attention to their children, parents or other dependents. Employees are forced to work as slaves. Seeing this mad rush all the other people are under the impression that they also have to work like that. It is just like a flock of sheep - if one sheep is going in one direction then all the sheep follow without any brain.

What for we are living. Is there any peace of mind. is there any limit to the money that we earn. Is there any limit to the materialistic desires we have. Are not all the people missing a lot of fun, mental peace and happiness in their race to earn more and more money.

I really do not understand these deadlines. Why a dead line. While keeping the deadline cant the management of the company put a few days more so that their employees and even themselves will have time to discharge their obligations relating to the conscience. These are not social obligations, because social obligations have been redefined to be only to earn money, cultivate materialistic tendencies, holding valuable possessions and so on and so forth.

Think my dear friends think, only your thinking changes the world. As long as we dont think in the right direction nothing will change. Even the most brutal dicatators were forced to change just because there is a change in the thinking of the people.

If any corporate while fixing a deadline post pones the deadline by a few more days then so many people can relax and do the same work more effectively. Just by postponing the deadline by only a few days does not in any way reduce the earnings of the share holders. What i mean to say is that their wealth will not be reduced by a big margin. But by keeping deadlines they are forcing the people to reach a Dead Line.

My dear friends all over the silicon family please start thinking and sharing about these deadlines and the maximisation of the wealth of the share holders.

THINKING IS THE MOST POWERFUL TOOL AND SHARING IS MUCH MORE POWERFUL TOOL.

We are born only to live and lead the life happily. Happiness should be complete but it should not be guided by money and materialistic tendencies only. That does not mean that money is not important.

Let us all join hands in thinking and sharing common problems for attaining the everlasting peace and happiness.
