that the stars play an important role in what we are. Astrologers say that
different astrological sun signs have different attractions to food and it
shows in the way we put on weight!
Astrology has four basics signs which are fire,
earth, air and water. These different sun signs have different susceptibilities
to diet. So here's a quick synopsis of how different groups eat and their
metabolism are.
Fire signs
Aries, Leo and Sagittarius are all fire signs and
are the most energetic of all the signs. As fire is the dominant sign of these
sun signs they also have faster working digestion systems and as a result, they
burn up and use food faster.
They do not put on weight that fast and do have
the will power to lose that same weight.
Air signs
Gemini, Libra and Aquarius, are all air signs and
are most sensitive to external stimuli. As air is responsible for controlling
and influencing their nervous and circulatory systems and their digestive
system, they are easily influenced and are easily stimulated to eat when they
are upset or angry.
They do put on weight fast and find it difficult
to lose it!
Water signs
Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are more emotional and
thus tend to over eat. The water element causes these sun signs to have a tendency
to be swayed by fad diets and supplements.
They can't really make up their minds about
dieting and are easily swayed by criticisms from other people regarding their
weight and appearance. There is a tendency that these sun signs will put on
weight easily in later years and it has to be controlled when young.
Earth signs
Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn, are the steadiest and
most balanced in their diet and commitment to good health. The earth element
does have a tendency towards easy weight problems. They are extremely patient
and as a result of all the sun signs are most capable of sticking to a weight
loss diet.
For these sun signs overeating, lack of exercise
and sedentary habits are more that likely to cause a fast weight gain. But they
are persistent enough to stick to a good weight loss plan.
Sun signs have a strong influence on our
personality and the way we live our life.
