THE VIEW FROM SRI LANKA

Human Resource Development Trainer
A vision of ourselves as being amidst a myriad perceptual mechanisms generated by an eternal and stochastic process in order to perceive the potential pathways of its own becoming is emerging within human awareness, is increasing in clarity and is making clear its implications for the life of the world.

Amidst these myriad perceptual mechanisms we constitute a class within which the ability to perceive ourselves as autonomous entities distinct from our universal environment has arisen, giving us the ability to consciously intervene within the process of becoming that has generated us, in a manner that facilitates its development along the direction of its dynamics.

This Dualistic Perceptual Paradigm also leads to our perceiving the world as a collection of discrete objects, each separate from and independent of each other.

The perception of ourselves and the world in this dualistic manner gives rise within us to an urge to manipulate these objects and people into positions that seem advantageous to our individual selves, and to consciously intervene in the process of becoming in order to secure outcomes favorable to ourselves.

This urge is experienced as an obsessive and endless generation of ever increasing desires leading to a compulsive search for satisfaction through the consumption of our universal environment and the exploitations of each other.

This circular dynamic has led to:

• Overpopulation
• Rapid Resource Depletion
• Pollution
• Global Warming
• Monetary Crisis

Our personal identities, in as much as they are based on and limited to our perception of ourselves as autonomous entities within a world of discrete objects, are unable to perceive the dynamics underlying the process of becoming by which we have been generated and hence are unable to formulate, initiate and sustain intervention that are complementary to the direction of this process of becoming.

The re configuration of our personal identities and the re perception of the world as an eternal and stochastic process by which we have been generated is therefore essential for the exercising of the autonomy that has been evolved within us in the making of evolutionary interventions that are consciously negotiated and mediated between our personal identities and the dynamics of the process that has generated us.

The ability to enter into such processes of negotiation and mediation leading to conscious interventions in the process of becoming, demand the re configuration of our personal identities as functional interfaces able to engage this process.

This emergent vision of ourselves as being amidst a myriad perceptual mechanisms generated by an eternal and stochastic process in order to perceive the potential pathways of its own becoming has been realized by a small minority of people from the very beginning of time and they have attempted to enable others to perceive this vision as well as to address this the task of reconfiguring our personal identities.

They were aware that these tasks involved:

• The removal of all ideological Indoctrination
• The understanding of the nature and function of all belief systems
• The removal of all Gender Indoctrination
• The removal of all anthropomorphic Indoctrination
• The removal of all anthropocentric Indoctrination
• The establishment of a comprehensive conceptual framework
• The establishment of high levels of neural connectivity
• The establishment of energy flows
• The establishment of a PsychoSocial Support Network
• The conceptualization and construction of infrastructure that supports collective individual living.
• The establishment of constantly increasing trans individual neural connectivity
• The establishment of a global neural network
• The deployment of this global network as a global perceptual mechanism and a global strategic guidance system
• The progressive perception and visualization of the process

… and towards these ends they set up systems of teaching and training.
