Pansys was floated in 1998 as a private limited company under the name and style of PANACEA TRAINING & CONSULTANCY (P) LTD and became a public entity in 2007.
PANSYS started as a corporate training company giving management related trainings for executive development well known as MDP (Management Development Programs) and they served host of clients like Infosys, Oracle, Titan, Sanyo, ING-VYSAYA, Honeywell, Widia, BEML, BHEL, B.P. etc to name a few.
PANSYS has earned a very good name with large corporate and now has over 150 corporate tied up with them in a regular basis to conduct both in-house and outbound programs for executives on all subjects like sales, marketing, leadership, team building, business communication, cross -cultural sensitivity, stress management, etc.
PANSYS incorporates the latest science of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in all its programs which is primarily technique oriented and gives results almost instantly to the user.
Upto 2004, Pansys also used to conduct open programs in cities worldwide and have been successful training over 50,000 individuals till date.

Post 2004, Pansys diversified into setting up call centers and BPO on turnkey basis on BOOT or BOOM basis giving a holistic view to the business of BPO which was lacking in the industry.

Pansys has developed an in-house solution for all kinds of form filling process for digitizing data from jpg to mdb files using VB.NET/JAVA as front end and OCR as back end.
The raw data is first converted from jpg to excel sheet again using auto tool and all quality check is done at this level itself to achieve 100% quality or min 99.5% as per clients
The automation software picks the data from excel sheet and when one clicks the mouse on form fields the data is automatically filled and safely stored in mdb.
