What do you think you are all? I am Prakash, a fresher from Arts stream (BBM CA); I always wanted to be programmer. I know the basics of programming and have creative mind that can easily understand how technologies and programs works... Here I am coming to the point about myself.

Counting today (13 August 2011), I am attending interviews for more than six months. I started attending campus interviews while in college itself. I attended lots of interviews and usually I’ll cross all the rounds like GD, Aptitude, Ops and others that are not associated with the HR’s. When I finally come to HR round you guys simply say that I am from Arts stream and simply reject me…

Here are few reasons I am going to tell that you are all bunch of Idiots and *Evil:

1. First you’re all should know one thing for sure. You all should know every-time you conduct an Interview, you are hiring “Chickens” not “Humans or Man power”. Reason: most of you guys always ask that we need Mathematics group in higher secondary with more than 60%, should studied computer science as major in graduation with more than some 60%. As far I know only chicken used in KFC is been grown in certain conditions like people you’re hiring.
2. Secondly, who said that only guys from B.E, B.sc IT, and others associated with computers as major papers are only qualified to take your company to peak? I am surely saying that you’re hiring human robots. Because your IT chickens from BE and computer farms don’t have creative brains. They just do what Einstein theory said and what their text books had shown them.
3. I hope you guys are from India only. You know that every-time  you guys reject a guy like me for reason like ‘arts stream, no fluency, no experience’ you’re all giving slow poison for their entire family. For fatherless guy like me its cyanide my family. You HR’s should know that you’re all getting paid for killing guys and families like ours. You’re some Evil which laughs on our pain and cries.
4. We know that there are lots of vacancies in IT fields. But, no availability of perfect muscled chickens. Why can’t you recruit us “the Exceptional candidates”?
5. Lastly, you guys are those who never remember how some of you also had struggled like me (us) because of your current position and money in your hands. Long live my dear HR’s. Long live…

My Challenge:

I thought of telling ‘that one day that I am going to create a program or virus that will destroy every program in this world that you are all working on’. But not going to say and do so. I swear one day I’ll create a different technology that will change the future and will show that “Arts major guys are also best". May be, better than best. Mark my words you HR’s.
