LEADERSHIP FAILURE

Now team India is on the way & a no. of allegations & counter allegations have started roaming in the market. The blame game is coming from every forum.Experts have been hired by leading channels to pin point the faults & on analysis of debacle..Our channels even forgot to highlight the success made by Viswanathan Anand ,by Hockey team & by our Mahila cricket team.Is failure of Indian team is only due to captaincy by Dhoni & no other player is responsible.Why selector is silence on their dominant role & selecting the players without consulting even coach or captain.BCCI is thinking to replace captain without looking the advice made by Sachin.Dhoni has rightly pointed out many facts which lead to debacle.It is high time that BCCI should call ex-captains & plan for good selection process comprising of leading players without any regional bias.They should extend moral supports to players whose performance was satisfactory during the tour & give rest to others for some period.A pool of minimum 25 players should be made so that only few players are not pressed in service.Equal opportunities are given to all.Leadership failure only happens if other team members do not perform or do n't cooperate due to some or other reasons.Straightway passing the buck on leadership can be more harmful.Hope others will also agree.
