EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES (EDP’s) & ORGANIZATION BASED PROGRAMMES (OBPs)

IFIM conducts Executive Development and Organization based programmes forExecutives of Manufacturing, IT, FMCG and Government organizations in allfunctional areas. Committed to enabling managerial excellence in the corporatesector, IFIM B-School has, through constant interactions, designed customizedtraining programmes that suit specific business segments. Integrated e-Business& Supply Chain Management, Negotiation skills and Assertiveness Techniques,Finance for Non-Finance Executives, Project Management, RelationshipManagement, Workshop on Design of High-impact Performance Management system,etc. are some of the programmes conducted for the corporate managementfraternity in the past. Towards forging and enduring a collaborativerelationship with the industry, IFIM B-School has conducted several specializedorganization based training programmes for the Royal Government of Bhutan,Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, TVS, Motorola, BPL, etc. To thestudents of the IFIM B-School, these provide golden opportunities to meet andinteract with a number of practicing managers and industry personnel.
