“DANCING A GOOD EXERCISE”
Dancing is not only fun and a great way to socialize, mix, and mingle, but it's also a good way to stay physically fit. In today’s world when everyone has no time to exercise, but one thing a person can do without giving so much time to it and i.e. dancing. Dancing is a good stretching exercise for tightening the body. It’s good in relieving the stress of whole day. Dance for half an hour is a very effective for weight loss and when you sweat, it opens the pores of your skin, and it is helpful in making your skin look fresh and glowing. Dance 30 minutes continuously and you will bum 200 to 400 calories, the same as walking, swimming, or cycling
Dance may also be regarded as a form of nonverbal communication between humans. There are different kinds of dance forms such as Western, Belly Dance, Tango, Cha Cha, Samba, Bollywood Freestyle, Ball Room and Classical Dance for Eg. Kutchipudi, Kathak.
Dancing is helpful in losing so much weight and it tones your body and muscles, I myself dance for 2 hours daily and I know that it helped me a lot to burn calories that I eat daily and few months back I had put on so much weight that everyone use to comment that you are getting fat, before thinking anything else I started dancing and in 3 months I lost 8 Kg’s, since childhood I had interest in dancing but due to busy life u don’t get time to do exercise but this thing was surely helpful, coz it’s a good and fun thing to dance and moreover it helps burning that extra fat that you have put on.
