Most of the employers nowadays suffer getting right fit of fresh engineers even though there are huge no. of engineers passing out every year with more sophisticated infrastructure  and facilities available in college. So what exactly lack in common with these graduates.

Its "ATTITUDE"...........

They lose right ATTITUDE due to various reasons:

• Not aware of any other Job role other than development.
• Consider Testing as non competitive Job.
• Camparison with friends job.
• Worried about Salary rather than any other aspects.
• Lack of proper preparation.
• Not identifying Individual Strength and Weakness.
• Looking for Brand name.

This tends to make them demand rather understanding the importance of getting experience and exposure towards IT Industry. They will be appearing for an interview without knowing what they have written in their profile and raises questions related to salaries and other unnecessary questions. They are relectant to sign even a year Bond which shows that they are not confident enough of staying a year in the organization. It is all more or less DEMANDING but the fact being they are not in the hot seat to DEMAND rather Kick start their career.

What could be the Solution for this perspective?

It has to be started from Professional college itself. There should be a grooming or mentoring process which nurture awareness towards IT Industry, different roles in it etc.

As most of the employers will be judging resources with right attitude to learn and work in future, rather than certifications, training, marks etc, these awareness is going to play a vital role for the fresh engineers as well as the Institutes.
