I have done BSc in math, Phy and CS and diploma in .Net from NIIT. I do a lot of search to get the job in IT field but due to my percentage criteria I did not get the job in IT software so after straggle of 6 month finally I joined BPO but still I am searching job in software field because I am not satisfied with my work bcoz I always think technically and in my job there is no need to think we have to go just as per procedure. 

As I am technical thinker and I also think like management.

I want to do master degree from distance learning.

So what will be best for me?

MBA form symbosis or MCA from Ignou.
