ensure colleague spends time with his family
The automation maintenance is an interesting as well challenging job. Numerous problems, problems at any point of time; but really intersting. This made a habit of keeping thoughts going on and suddenly picking the phone & calling a collegue to discuss the issue. Mostly these can be avoided and discussed next day, during work. Any way I kept doing the any time phone calls. Once I realised one of my manager was giving tution to his young daughter and my phone rings, the lady picks up and hands over the receiver to my Manger. From the gestures I could make I was not doing right, they are supposed to devote some of their time for their family. I started jotting down such thoughts on piece of papers to discuss next day. But of-course I could not improve much as many times I have to wake up mid night to note the thought as I feel if I donot note I may forget.
