Have u cheated with BSNL auto Caller TUNE n U loose ur money??
If yes then read this and join me, will fight for wasting our valuable
time and money.
I m Sonal shah from ahmedabad, On 15th july, I was given AD for
my classes & same day I got one miscall from BSNL number, I call
back on tht no, music was running so i cut the call in very few sec.
and after tht i got one msg u select ring tone/ caller tune and we
decudt 28/- monthly charge for tht, in noon same happen i got mis
call and i forget and i give callback and again i got the msg u
change the ring tone and ur 12/- rs was deducted, i call at BSNL
customer care 9426024365 no and inform them abt wht happen,
they cheat me by the bsnl no, its was nt my fault and i need my
money back tht rs. 40/-
i got below answer for 15days from 15th july to 31st july with
different persons, Still i nt get my Rs. 40/- . Its nt a matter of rs.
40/- bt its cheating so i call then to given back my money, he is
doing this all over gujarat so this is my request to all if u facing
same problem them blog ur problem support me so will fight and
get back out money.
15/7 4:30 I talk to sumit panchal, first time and inform abt all story
wht happen, he said mam 24 /48 hrs me solve ho jayega. so i w8
till 48hrs
19/7 8:37am, I call to again and talk to Narsinhbahi and he give
me same reply
20/7 11:00 am , i talk to bipin/vipin and he give me same reply, 24
hrs me mem ho jayega
same day when i call again in noon
20/7 jatin sapariya, i inform him, he said mem no one write ur
complaint so process was nt start and he nt down my complaint
and give me no : G2000739.
from 15/7 to 20/7, i waste my time there, no one do tht formality,
may be they do this to take call charge frm company bcoz when i
call them they get money
22/7 6:05pm , call to Vishnu, he said mem sab ko problem he ho
jayega
23/7 5:17pm harsh gadhvi, he give me answer , ki mem, tamari
query jaldi solve thai jase,
Mahesh kala 8:40pm, he give me ans, aap ka query approved he to
ho jayega
29/7, 9:20am , talk to bhavesh, cut the call so
29/7 9:25 again talk 2 haresh patel
30/7 12:00 pm narsinhbhai, he talk 2 me once again and due to
language problem he told me , aap ka to money aa gaya he so
mene kaha muje aap ke senior se baat karni he me call nahi rakhne
wali , line trfr karo then he will pass the line to Mr. Sanjay Patel
and I inform him whole story and he as no answer for all tht
happen, he assured me ke mem jald hi aap ke money back kiye
jayenge.
Bt till date yane ki 10/8/2010 upto 4pm , m nt getting my money
back.
Today 10/8/10 4:15, I talk 2 bharat suthar and mitesh patel for
stop the caller tune ke liye msg kiya he, still m tense they may be
nt stop in 24 hrs.
If u all join me then will hope, will got our Rs. 40/- back as soon.
