PGDBM Full-Time Program 2009-2011

Application Form 2009-2011 (Please send DD of Rs. 300/- in favour of 'Tolani Institute of Management Studies' payable at Adipur along with filled form)

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY

Students having bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or appearing for final year of degree examination are eligible to apply. Their admission, if selected, will be subject to submission of their final year's result of graduation within the stipulated time. Students with legitimate work experience are given preference in admission.

SELECTION

1. Written Test:

The applicants are required to appear in any ONE of the following written tests and submit a copy of the test scores (best of THREE)*.

* CAT Score X 1.25 = equivalent MAT Score

2. Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD-PI) :

The applicants, screened through the written test as above, will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at the Institute (TIMS). The final selection will depend on the overall performance of the applicant in the Written Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Work Experience.

HOW TO APPLY

Obtain TIMS Prospectus 2009 and Application Form from the Institute on payment of Rs.300 /- in cash or DD in favour of 'Tolani Institute of Management Studies' payable at Adipur/Gandhidham. Alternatively, the application form may be downloaded from the institute's website and submitted to the institute along with a DD of Rs. 300/·.

The TIMS application form is required to be submitted to the Institute before appearing for GD-PI.

The applicants called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview will have to pay additional Rs. 350/· towards the cost of administration and result processing of GD / PI.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Schedule for Payment of Tuition Fee :

The above fees, once paid, are NON-REFUNDABLE in all circumstances for whatever reason.

REFUNDABLE FEE / DEPOSIT

[This deposit will be refunded on completion of the program or on withdrawal / cancellation of Admission after deducting Economic Times subscription (Rs. 1600/-) and any other outstanding dues.]

All these fees are payable on or before the due dates mentioned above by an A/c payee Demand Draft in favour of 'Tolani Institute of Management Studies', payable at Adipur / Gandhidham.

TIMS - PGDM Scholarships

The Institute offers scholarship upto 50% of tuition fees to deserving students (upto 4 from each year) belonging to economically weaker section of society at its sole discretion.

Educational Loans

All major banks offer loan at lower interest rate for Management Education. The institute provides documents and assistance required in seeking loan from banks and financial institutions.

HOSTEL FACILITIES

For hostel admission, separate formalities are to be complied with. Hostel accommodation is provided by Gandhidham Collegiate Board (GCB) on twin sharing basis and the Hostel Fees are payable directly to GCB. The hostels (separate for Boys & Girls) are located near the campus with Mess facilities.

The above fees are payable in cash at the time of hostel admission and may be revised by GCB from time to time.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please note that good physical and mental stamina are pre-requisite for admission to the program. The students may be asked to produce the medical fitness certificate, if necessary.
• Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application or to cancel admission without assigning any reason.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate from admission.
• Jurisdiction for any legal dispute will be GANDHIDHAM only
