India, as a country is developing day by day and the major keys for the overall progress of the country are human resource development and education. This can be known from the budgetary allocations which increased about 24 per cent.

According to some recent news, it is said that education will be provided to all Indians which is not only in literacy and learning but also in improving their skills in all levels. But India is not planning to export labour since India is a good destination for nations with less manpower. Indians abroad which are educators, businessmen, industrialists, scientists etc. have offered the best services in the world.

The government does not plan to show India as the world’s factory instead it plans to offer the world the best services at cost effective levels. It plans to do so by developing centres of excellence fast and taking a lead in information technology and communications, exploration of the universe and space etc. Though with the rise in costs and all, nothing will be cheap and the real world really doesn’t respect low costs but at times they are willing to pay for incompatible quality.

Education is extended to large sectors of the Government and is not only confined to Human Resources Development Ministry. The private sectors are also planning to develop new institutions of excellence at all levels and for this the fee costs will be very high. Education is a very profitable area where they offer a huge amount of influence.
