No Happiness Without Meditation
Answer is within all of us, as our body have intense power within as an god gift the thing we have to do it just recignise it and definately by regular excercise anyone can overcome his situation of mental presure. The excercise is like you should relax your mind whenever you got time sit in position folding your legs and start observing each and evry sound around you, this is the begining as we need to develop the concentration ether so we have to start like this and than just use the mantra "OM' keeping your eyes closed. i belive evryone is familiar with the power of OM, if not than i would like to add that OM is the mntra which connects you to you sixth sense, your nerves, your unconcious mind and dfinately your soul. if in regular practice and in efficient someone using this mantra he know the sugar inside it. This is best i suggest to resolve our mental disturbance in daily life.
