Whenever "Losing Weight/Maintaing a good body weight" thought comes in to mind,everyone thinks about Dieting.It may help reaching goal in some extent but what the damage the body is getting is unnoticed.Humanbody ,as I can say,World's costliest ,highly sophisticated and well managed Machine.

As we know every machine needs good maintenane for longer life,same applies to humbody also.

Good maintenance steps for human body:

1> Food to be taken more in Quantity
2> Food to be taken in less quantity
3> Food to be left totally

Food to be taken more in QUANTITY :

1> Vegetables:

All Vegetables give less energy, so even we take them more in quantity they won't increase our weight.Thumb rule is " More Curry, Less Rice/Pulka";

2> Fruits:

papaya,Guava,Pomegranate,Jujube,MuskMelon,WateMelon.

3> Fruitjuices:(Plain Juices only)

MandarianOrange,Mozambique,Orange,PineApple.

4> Sprouts:

GreenGram,Cowpea,PearMillet,BengalGram,Corns,Maize,Wheat.BlackGram.

Food to be taken in less quantity :

1> In vegetables : Potato like.

2> In Fruits: -- mango,sapota,jack fruit,CustordApple,Banana

3> In Seeds : Alomnd,Cashewnut,Coconut,Groundnut.

Food to be left totally :

> White rice

> Tiffins (like Idly,Upma,Puri etc.)

> FastFoods, Backery Items

> Non-Veg

By opting for Dieting we are not providing the balanced food required for our body which will have side effects(as I can say, our body trying to take revenge on us for not providing the required) on the performance of our body.
