It is interesting to observe the interaction between Trainers and Business Development Team. Each has it’s opinion and perspective to look at

I will like to bring in light each profiles opinion and perception about ‘TRAINING’

First let’s take the most interesting one Business Development Team

  1. We are from sales we sell everything under the sun
  2. Module is not important Customer should say Wow
  3. Mr. Trainer I don’t care what you do in a closed room ..Feedback must be good
  4. Boss we need repeat business you dance or Train that’s up to you
  5. My Customer must Smile

Trainer’s perspective

  1. Please don’t sell a khichdi programs-(Mix of everything making no sense)
  2. Understand Training has some objective to deliver. It is not entertainment
  3. You get repeat business once objectives are meet
  4. Feedback?…Well my friend lot of our audience don’t even understand what is the relevance of this tool. Though this is a tool or an indicator however if you just run after pleasing participants. Then chances are you lose the core training perspective & goal
  5. If you deliver and develop the key competencies customer will smile
  6. For God heaven’s sake know what you are selling

Well this sweet perception and battle of wits will continue between the two however if they both move one step forward towards Business and Training Objectives. Repeat Business and Creative Satisfaction will have no ends
