What Could Always Bring One In Return
Smile though
your heart is aching
Smile even
though it's breaking
When there
are clouds in the sky, you'll get by
If you smile
through your fear and sorrows
Smile and
maybe tomorrow
You'll see
the sun come shining through for you
Light up your
face with gladness
Hide every
trace of sadness
Although a
tear may be ever so near
That's the
time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's
the use of crying?
You'll find
that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile…..
How
rightly said in the lines above the magnitude and immensity of a SMILE, from my
know-how in sales and marketing I would say that one of the utmost
communication skills is that you always start and open your statement with a
smile. I would also say that for me smile is Sell More Incur Less Expense. Also
in my profession it’s wisely said that this gentle curve line set a lot of
things straight. : )
One
of my strength I am disclosing is a smile. You know I practice this as a part
of my personality. Smiling faces is not only a part of my behavior it’s
something I keep always with me as an asset.
The
phrase, "the customer is always right," is an age old adage. When you
work with others all day that concept can be a bit frustrating. Customers come
with a host of concerns, questions, and expectations. They often also come with
bad attitudes, frustrations and complaints, which the customer service
representative gets to work out. Because people call when they need something
or do not like something rather than when they want to compliment and praise,
the process of helping them can be difficult. Feelings of frustration after a
string of difficult people are common and understandable. On the other hand it
is the customer service representative who is responsible for diffusing
problems and answering questions with a smile (yes you can smile on the phone
and it will make a difference). Because the customer service representative is
the only, or one of the few contacts that an individual may have with a
company, it is important that that person has a positive experience. A positive
experience will keep them happy and coming back. By identifying challenges for
the customer service representative, solutions are given to help them increase
skills in helping others, which will increase customer satisfaction.
Smile on face is the motto of the customer service and a customer in
your perspective can be anyone your boss, your colleague your friends, some you
interact on a road and don’t even know his name…all … by all l mean all those
who have a take away from you .. It can be first impression on the other, or someone
who is a potential prospect for you in business. You not only make people happy
by good customer service but also earn a good sum of money.
Smile
also increases your face value and act as
a social asset for you. I believe that an attractive smile always appeal others
and especially opposite sex. So tension nahin lene ka .. just remember that smile is a inexpensive way
to improve your looks and try not to calculate that its been how long you have
not smiled… smile in heart … smile is eyes… smile in thoughts … smile in
remembrance….. smile in pain…. ( it’s tough..still try) … and smile for some
one … smile for yourself…. What a wonderful person am I ….Praise yourself and
keep the good work going …… Always remember that in this world not all get back
to you as you did… for your good at times you would have received bad … but a SMILE always bring one in return.. So
give a sweet one…. Start from today …… from now …. : ) …
I can see how beautiful it looks when you smile… so keep smiling ….
Cheers
n Smile
