All you have to be is confident, understand the topic thoroughly and put on your views.  Where most students go wrong in an MBA GD is when they join the discussion without even knowing the matter of the subject properly.

There are some things you need to do before and while facing a GD. First, you need to have a basic know-how about your area of interest. Second, you need to have a good preparation about probable questionnaires. Third, you need to do a thorough research on the subject matter before the GD. Fourth, you need to have a clear view about the subject matter in your mind and then only you can converse your point clearly. Fifth, don’t be harsh and don’t impose your views on someone, make your point by giving subsequent evidence but you can’t make others to believe it. And, lastly, speak in a clear and strong voice yet be polite in your implementation of words.
