Life and its meaning with ambit of Spirituality

We often say that life is a hell; life becomes monotonous, what is the use of enjoying this type of life? Whenever we are puzzled with our daily hassles of life, or we are tremendous avaricious to obtain materialistic gain and not able to garner the same, then our levels of anxiety and stresses increase, which ultimately provokes us to utter the aforesaid uttering. Why it is so? Are we not satisfied with our life, which is the most beautiful and precious creation of God. To some extent, and for majority of us, this is correct, because many are distraught which we are not able to tolerate, making us morose and unhappy. But, there are exceptions who feel the comfort level of eternal peace even under the tremendous chaotic circumstances of life and they really enjoy the life with true spirit, because they have awaken themselves with the real spirit of the life for enjoyment.

If you join any spiritual course, then they will first make you discover the real purpose of the life, then how to extract maximum from the life and enjoy every bit. Why should you forgive others at the cost of your self egos? Then, they teach you the technique of meditation to bring tranquillity so as to induce your inner self with a thought to serve the under privileged and many more. After this initial orientation, they will put you into a set pattern of spiritual directions, which are as follows:

1. Life attracts like:

The very powerful law prevalent in the whole universe states, “that which is like unto itself, is drawn.” Your thought process reveals a sense of belongingness in you and the way you want to create yourself, it is up to you. Today’s reality will be a great reflection of your tomorrows or rest of your mortal existence. You will be astonished to savour your energy to find out how much negative thoughts engulf you every single hour of the day. This accumulation of negative thoughts will have a bearing on your mind and make you stressed and anxious. Our mind is wired with thoughts and it is rattle-brain. Whatever way you think, you get the same, be it positive or negative. If you are concentrating your thoughts on the “lack of most things, then you will receive “lack” only at the end. Contrarily, if you think on the abundance of everything, you may get or will definitely get the feeling of abundance.

So, no sooner negative thought engulfs you, be steadfast to step out from the said cockles of the mind and drift away to the frame of positive thoughts. You, yourself will notice the difference. Throughout our childhood and to some extent during adolescence, we have been taught with so many negatives. These result to the corollary of development of our mind set towards negativism. This is not the fault of ours; society prevails in that way. We are taught by our parents, peers and the same way they used to be guided by their parents and others. This way, the obnoxious pattern of development of negative thoughts in our sub-conscious mind leads to the clinging of the same in our adult life. The best way to overcome this is to religiously practice for consolidation of positive thoughts on the advert of negativism. Slowly and surely, you will make a note of this transformation and switch to the wired mechanism of mind of positive thoughts and affirmations everyday in your life.

On the contrary, if you succumb to negative thoughts like, “It is a very hard task, I cannot do it” or “I am badly broken because I have been wrongly ruptured by my colleague, so, I must take revenge,” you are half dead though living alive. These feelings, which are obvious to occupy because of heartache, are to be converted in to positive thoughts slowly and steadily. If you do not believe these transformations in the beginning, you have to induce your energy and curtail the negative thoughts and make attempts to convert the same into positive thoughts.

2. “You have to generate feeling of love for yourself”.

If you cannot inculcate the habit to love yourself, you cannot love others. People have a wrong notion about loving themselves. They will carry out all sorts of actions to appease others, to praise others, to ensure others do not get disturbed but when it comes to love them, all efforts go in vain. But, if we try to rat-tat to the door of our mind and appease ourselves, then we can find the real enjoyment of love. This true love and affection will lead to the part of forgiving others when

People do wrong to us. This is often the real cause of our anxiety and stress. And ultimately, this leads to physical and emotional disharmony causing disease.

3. Meditation:

By indulging ourselves into regularity of mediation for a fixed period of time, we will not only nurture our good health but also enhance the spirit and energy. If we carry out at least 20 minutes meditation per day, preferably in the early morning hours, we will soon reap the benefits of the same. This meditation practice will give us abundant peaceful mind throughout the day with a sound sleep during night time. Control mind under the influence of meditation will not fluster us and enhance our calmness to forgive others in the event of their making us upset by their mischievous deeds. Further, fear and anxiety which otherwise always prevail upon our mind will be diminished by practicing meditation. Tranquillity of mind will get induced and slowly allow you to establish the relationship with the creator even superficially and the abundance of the universe.

4. Believe on present:

If we think for today and live for today, the life will be less stressed. The amount of anxiety which perplex us will be reduced. Actually, this is very true. Everything happens in the universe is on the basis of now. No one of us has any inkling what is in the barn for tomorrow as far as life is concerned. We do not even know whether tomorrow will come or not. Still, we anxiously devote our full attention for the happenings to be happened tomorrow. When we all know about this phenomenon, then why to worry for tomorrow and sacrifice our today’s energy instead of using the same for laugh, enjoyment and happiness.

If we think only in terms of now, then there will be no past, no yesterday and we will not be having any reason to make ourselves embitter. Now, when we come out from the shackles of anger, we feel extremely happy and enliven. If we delve to our anxieties occurred in past, then the same will arouse us to develop anger as well as emotions which ultimately affect our body and mind. I have experienced that the most misery in this earth is not to forgive others. It has a strong assertion. Because, no sooner you learn the art of forgiving, you are equalizing yourself to the freedom. If we are holding to our anger, then we must equally learn the technique to love ourselves.

If we are not unnecessarily perturbed about tomorrow and if there is no futuristic conviction swirl in our mind today, then there is hardly any reason for being stressed. And a stress free and anxiety-less mind opens the door to the path of exuberance of spiritual journey, of course, slowly and steadily.
