As an organization, we should have the wealth management for the employee as well as organization as well. i.e.) how we are taking care of employee providing the medical claim the same way we should take care of infrastructure/company/organization as well. When we were travelling on the National Highway Tamilnadu to Bangalore (Nearing Bangalore 20kms – Attibale Industrial Area) there was the HUGH SMOKE so we stopped the car and went and looked at the spot. The entrance gate is locked and security is NOT at all aware of that the company got the fire. We hurried up with him to open the entrance gate & went to the spot.  It’s Nightmare! (Refer the Live Video’s of HUGE HUGE FIRE FIRE & SMOKE SMOKE). The company name is called as Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd. which is having 10 to 15 Acres of Land with Construction Materials where they got up the fire on dumped waste materials. We are nearing to the fire to look at what’s getting fire. Nearing to the fire, there was godown with quiet few Gas Cylinder as well. Luckily, we shot out the video and 200 meter away from the place. Meanwhile we called up multiple times the fire station as well. My first call to the Fire Station was 4.20PM and followed by multiple calls on Fire Station. Finally, the fire vehicle has come 5.30PM. It’s very very bad. Meanwhile, the fire got up most of the materials including godown. The Gas Cylinder has busted like anything. It’s another Nightmare!!!
