Safest and easiest protection from Leakage
It is hard to determine the weight of each can in a conveyor and check for irregularities. It is a plethora of work and surely not feasible given the restriction of time etc. There are two types of leakage detection methods called internal and external detection. Internal detection systems should be designed at the point of construction because there are sensors which are placed in the pipelines or conveyors. These are much more expensive and require a lot of initial work and investment. An easier way out for organizations and homes where the initial work is already complete is to use an external detector which would detect the leakages in bulk. For example suppose a conveyor is moving with a lot of cans with some product post production. There are chances that a few cans or tins might be damaged during transport or shipping.
It is impossible to check the irregularities manually. It is time consuming and not very efficient. External detectors can detect almost any sort of leakage and prevent industrial mishaps. They are fairly simple to use and does not require any sort of experience to handle such equipment. They are made of very sturdy material and can take quite a beating and yet perform like a gem. External systems operate on very minimal power and they consume just what any household electronic equipment consumes i.e. 250 volt power supply. There are many advantages to this external system of leak detection and they are used in almost all manufacturing industries for keeping a contiguous check on leakage and fluid spills. There are upgrades available for these systems and it is easy to install the upgrades because just a single sensor portion of it has to be changed and rest of the body parts of the detector remain the same. Hence it is hardware compatible with different kind of leakage sensors.
